Authorization, Acknowledgement, and Releases
*I certify that all information I provide to Tonya Jones Salon is true, complete and correct. I understand that, if any information provided by me is found to be false, incomplete, or misrepresented in any respect, Tonya Jones Salon may cancel further consideration of my application, and/or immediately discharge me from employment.
I authorize Tonya Jones Salon, without reservation, to contact and obtain information from all educational institutions, licensing authorities, employers, references, and all other information sources, to verify all information provided by me in an application, resume, or job interview. I hereby waive all rights and claims I may have against Tonya Jones Salon for seeking, gathering and using such information in the application process. I further waive all rights and claims I may have against all other persons, corporations or organizations for furnishing such information about me to Tonya Jones Salon.
I understand that future chemical screening may be required during employment.
Regardless of whether or not I become employed by Tonya Jones Salon, I recognize that this application is not and should not be considered a contract of employment. I understand that employment at Tonya Jones Salon is on an at-will basis, and that my employment may be terminated with or without cause, and without notice, at any time, at my option or Tonya Jones Salon's option, unless specifically provided otherwise in a written employment contract.
I understand that, if I am offered employment by Tonya Jones Salon, I will be required to sign an Employment Agreement as a condition of employment.
